Hosting Transfer: we migrate your site for free
We migrate your website, databases and e-mail from another provider to your HanHosting hosting account free of charge. The data in your old account is not deleted during the migration.
What we migrate and what to keep in mind
What is migrated
Website files, MySQL databases and e-mail accounts with their contents. If you are coming from a provider that uses cPanel, your full backup is restored directly; with other panels, files and databases are moved separately.
Good to know
You need an active hosting or e-mail service with HanHosting for the migration. Data exceeding your plan's disk and account limits is not migrated. Fixing parts that do not work because of outdated software versions or encrypted/licensed software is not part of the migration.
How the migration works
- 1You sign in and fill in the form; your request reaches the Hosting Transfer department.
- 2We tell you in the ticket how to send your backup or access details, and we carry out the migration.
- 3When your site is ready in the new account, we let you know so you can check it; then you change your domain's DNS settings.
