02Guide

Put your app online in minutes

AI Hosting is your own server that comes with the Coolify panel. Push your project to GitHub and connect it in Coolify; your app is built, run and published on your domain with an SSL certificate. If you need a database, it is installed with one click. The whole server is yours.

How your server is prepared

  • Once payment is confirmed the VDS is set up automatically; your root password arrives by e-mail
  • On first boot Coolify is installed with its official installer, with keys and passwords unique to your server (a few minutes)
  • Your Coolify panel opens at an address like https://176-96-128-X.hanhosting.net with a Let's Encrypt certificate
  • Your panel address and first sign-in details are shown in your client area (My services → service → Additional Info) and on the server in /root/coolify-bilgileri.txt; change your password at your first sign-in

How to deploy an app

In Coolify, use Projects → + Add to connect your GitHub repository, or choose a Dockerfile, Docker Compose or a ready-made Docker image. Coolify builds and runs the project; repositories connected through the GitHub app can be redeployed automatically on every push.

Point your domain's A record to your server's IP address and give the app an address starting with https://; the SSL certificate is obtained and renewed automatically. Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB and Redis are installed with one click.

What is included?

Ubuntu 24.04, Docker and Coolify come installed; Coolify updates itself automatically (Settings → Updates). You have root access. After the initial setup, updates, configuration and security are your responsibility. The cost of any AI APIs your app uses is not included.

Backups are not included. Coolify can schedule database backups and send them to S3-compatible storage; for regular backups you can also add the Backup Storage add-on when ordering.

About the license

Coolify is open source and distributed under the Apache 2.0 license. HanHosting has no official tie to the Coolify project; the project's official installer is run on the server. Source code: github.com/coollabsio/coolify, documentation: coolify.io/docs.

About AI Hosting

How is it different from shared hosting?
On shared hosting, sites run through cPanel on a shared server. With AI Hosting all of the server's resources are yours; you can deploy apps that run with Docker, such as Node.js, Python, Go or PHP.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point the domain's A record to your server's IP address and enter https://yourdomain.com as the app's address in Coolify; the certificate is obtained automatically. You can also move the Coolify panel to your own domain from the Settings section.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move to a higher AI Hosting plan from the client area; the difference is invoiced. The server restarts briefly during the upgrade; the extra disk space is added to the root partition automatically at boot.
Is there a refund?
Services are set up automatically once payment is confirmed, so there is no refund. We recommend starting with monthly billing; if you cancel from the panel before the renewal date, the next period is not charged.
