Business email: setup, settings and deliverability

Email hosting plans are for email only and do not host a website. You create mailboxes in cPanel and use them in webmail or your own mail app. The plans' server limits are in the table below.

What is included?

  • Webmail: read and send mail in the browser with Roundcube.
  • IMAP, POP3, SMTP: connect phones, Outlook or Thunderbird over SSL.
  • Spam filter: SpamAssassin scores incoming mail; you set the threshold and blocked senders in cPanel.
  • SPF and DKIM: records that prove to receiving servers that your mail is sent on behalf of your domain.
  • Forwarders and autoresponders.
  • No website: these plans do not host a site.

Mail app settings

After creating the mailbox in cPanel > Email Accounts, enter these settings in your app (the username is the full email address). The account's "Connect Devices" screen shows the same settings with the server names.

  • Incoming (IMAP): port 993, SSL/TLS
  • Incoming (POP3): port 995, SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP): port 465 SSL/TLS or 587 STARTTLS, with authentication enabled

Connecting your domain: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Your domain's MX record must point to your account for mail to reach us. If your DNS is hosted elsewhere (e.g. Cloudflare), add the MX, SPF and DKIM records there; cPanel > Email Deliverability shows the correct values and warns about missing ones. Adding a DMARC record, starting with p=none, helps receivers spot spoofed mail.

Ordering and limits

Services are set up automatically once payment is confirmed, so no refunds are given. 3-month billing is 5% off, yearly 15% off; the yearly HAN-MAIL-3 includes a free .com or .com.tr domain. The hourly sending limit means these plans are not for bulk newsletters. Accounts are backed up every night and the last 3 days are kept.

About email hosting

Can I host a website on email hosting?
No, these plans are for email only. Our web hosting plans also include email accounts.
Does it work with Outlook and phones?
Yes, over IMAP/POP3 and SMTP with Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android mail apps.
My domain is with another provider. Can I use it?
Yes. Add the MX, SPF and DKIM records to your domain's DNS; cPanel's Email Deliverability screen shows the values.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, to a higher plan from the client panel; the difference is invoiced. Downgrades are not available.
